Emmerdale fans always have ideas to bring back oldcharacters that they love. However, this time, a star has an idea and we are all in. Recently, Katherine Dow Blyton who played the role of Harriet Finch on the soap opera has ideas of bringing her character back and it is not what you think.
As soap fans, we know and are aware of so many characters coming back to life too many times, however, this time, the actor has some new ideas and we have to say, it is quite amazing. Over the years she was on, that is from 2013 to 2022, Katherine played police-turned-vicar-turned-policewoman named Harriet Finch.
The last time we saw her, Harriet was left to die after a quad-biking accident in a war with Kim Tate. The two of the ladies were fighting over Will Taylor and that led to Harriet leaving the town. However, over past weekend, the actress opened up about how she thinks she could come back.
Over the weekend, Katherine united with her Emmerdale co-stars at the Cure Usher Ball and there she also talked to Metro.co.uk. Talking to them, she gave us ideas that we did not even think of.
While talking to the media outlet, Katherine along with Zoe, who plays the role of Rhona Goskirk talked about the reunion. Zoe jokingly mentioned how they really can’t get rid of Katherine. To this, Katherine wittyly says that they just get to see her once a year, but could that change now?
Joining them, Charlotte talked about the Laurel Thomas and Charles Anderson storyline, Katherine was shocked to know that Laurel was ready to “jump on the vicar.” Zoe then pointed out this wasn’t the first time. However, she expressed her little disappointment on how Laurel never really jumped at Harriet.
To this, they came up with a new storyline where when Charlotte pointed out that it was a whole new twist. To our surprise, Katherine adds- “I am always open for it”. Could this really work out?
