Jacob Confronts Dr Todd!
The soap viewers are aware that it has been a tumultuous week for the trainer doctor. Jacob found out that his boss, Dr Todd, had filed a counter-complaint against him at Hotten General. She gathered much evidence, including voice recordings which showed the trainee doctor as obsessive and incapable of completing his medical degree. Jacob was fed up and wanted to sort out the situation.
He went to Tug Ghyll and confronted his boss. Jacob hoped that she would agree to drop the complaint. Furthermore, he was also secretly recording her. It also seemed that she was trapped. Todd laughed and said that she enjoyed bullying Jacob Gallagher. She added that he wasn’t the first and wouldn’t be the last.
After that, Dr Todd prodded his chest and said that she felt like the satisfaction of popping the balloons. Then she grabbed the phone and deleted the audio file. He was mortified and ran out into the street. Meanwhile, the worst thing is that Todd knows a secret that could destroy Jacob. She found out that he and Sarah aren’t the biological parents of baby Leyla.
Jacob’s Nightmare Deepens After Dr Todd’s Massive Twist!
Todd has discovered that Charity is just trying to act as a surrogate but has given birth to someone else’s child. Todd blackmailed Charity to drop his complaint. In today’s episode, Jacob was fed up and went to speak to HR. Meanwhile, in the corridor, Todd delivered a heartfelt speech to her colleagues and was given a bouquet.
It turned out that she had decided to take early retirement. Todd was fearful of her career being destroyed, so she had decided to leave the medical profession. However, Sarah believed that Jacob should continue with his report. But Jacob thought that everything was sorted out and decided to move forward.
Elsewhere at The Woolpack, Vanessa questioned Todd about her decision. She even asked whether Jacob was a part of the life change. But Todd didn’t confirm it.
