Mack’s Baby Past Returns Amid Charity’s Drama!
Soap fans know that Charity became the surrogate for Jacob and Sarah after the doctors informed them that Sarah couldn’t give birth. But soon Sarah’s grandmother realised that she had been carrying Ross’s child. She decided to hide the truth. Meanwhile, in the latest episode, Charity threw a baby shower for Sarah. As the cake didn’t arrive, Charity and Mack went to pick up the cake.
While driving to pick up the cake, Charity noticed that her husband was distracted. She asked him what was wrong. He told her that it was Ruben’s birthday yesterday. Soap fans will know that he had a one-night stand with Chloe Harris, and Ruben was the result of that.
They are estranged after Chloe left the village. Mack didn’t tell Charity about Ruben’s birthday, as everyone was so excited. Thus, he didn’t want to ruin their party.
Charity Is In Trouble!
Later, they were distracted by another issue. The couple found out that the battery of their car was dead. They didn’t have mobile phones to call for help. When Mack was ready to leave to get help, the story took another problematic turn.
Charity’s water broke. Thus, she was going into labour. But she had no means to get to the hospital. But soon their hope ignited as they saw Ross Barton with his car. Ross reluctantly gave them a lift.
Meanwhile, Sarah arrived at the baby shower and wondered where everyone was. She looked at her phone and saw missed calls from Ross. She was anxious that something was wrong.
