She started posting raunchy pictures hoping it would bring her the validation she was seeking, but something worse happened. One of her viewers started blackmailing her with those pictures.
The situation took a dark turn when Manpreet received an anonymous message threatening to expose her secret. The text mentioned that if she would tell the police about it, everyone would know her secret. Blocking the number only made things worse, trapping her into the relentless web of blackmailing.
The Mask Slips: Confessions To Ella and Leyla
Being trapped, and after coming out of a lot of hesitation, she confided the secret to Ella, revealing the truth she had been desperately hiding. What started in her moments of weakness when Charles moved on, went into something far more dangerous.
