Moira Faced False Allegations!
The soap fans know that Joe blackmailed Robert to plant some evidence at Moira’s place. He told him to do the task, otherwise he would expose Victoria’s footage of killing John Sugden. Thus, he had to do the task. This led to Moira’s arrest. She was charged with double murder and human trafficking charges. Later, the soap fans saw Moira pleading guilty to lessen her sentence.
This made Robert more guilty. He was desperate to find the evidence that could help him prove her innocence. Robert Sugden pressured Bear, who told him that there were some car registration plates that Ray had given him. Thus, this could prove that Moira has been falsely accused.
Then Robert and Aaron got the help of Kammy Hadiq, who tracked down the plates to a storage unit in Hotten. Then they gave it to the police authorities. But DS Walsh said that the new evidence could take some time to process. She advised contacting Moira’s solicitor.
Moira’s Post-Prison Discovery Leaves Her Heartbroken!
In the latest episode, Cain received some happy news. He learned that Moira would be back home as the charges were dropped. The Dingles were happy that she was returning home, but were aware that so many things had changed during her absence. She had sold Butler’s farm and now has no work.
Moira came and was overwhelmed by the family’s hospitality. She decided to go and spend some time paying tribute to her late daughter, Holly, at the memorial tree. But Cain had to tell her the sad news that Joe had felled the tree and cleared the flowers. Thus, Moira was devastated. She laid some flowers on the stump of the tree. Then she marched around the Butler’s farm, which is now called Emmerdale Farm.
She found it empty. Then Moira met Robert and Joe. Before she could speak to Joe, they smelled burning coming from one of the Barns. They were able to extinguish the fire.
