Recently, he went through surgery, which proved to be successful. But he has been finding it difficult to return to normal life after the side effects. He woke from the surgery to find that he had a catheter and initially felt that his life was destroyed.
However, Cain was relieved to know that it was temporary. But there are some side effects. However, Cain sees his body’s need for recovery as a weakness. Cain has been feeling ashamed. Meanwhile, before the operation, Cain’s biggest fear was that he would not be able to have sex with Moira. He even tried to cancel the operation.
