A breakup is on the cards for Charity Dingle and Mackenzie Boyd in the upcoming episodes of Emmerdale. The latest Emmerdale spoilers suggest that a return could lead to a big breakup between these two characters. Fans who have been keeping up with the soap know that the two of them anyway haven’t had the best year so far.
In the year so far, Charity has already stabbed Mackenzie and dealt with the trauma of it all. As for Mack on the other hand Mack has been attacked by a bull. If that wasn’t enough, he was also left strangled at the Butler’s farm with his life in danger.
However now, it looks like the makers are all set to throw another curveball for this couple. In fact, this curveball is going to be at the hands of a returning character who will shake things up for them.
We know that actor Michael Parr is all set to bring back the chartacter of Ross Barton. When he returns, he will be a part of another interesting storyline. There is a speculation that he probably is getting back to contend for the paternity of his son. But what if that isn’t all?
Talking about this character’s return, producer Laura Shaw had said that Ross’s return would make a huge impact on screen and it would throw some of the villagers’ lives in disarray. He will make sure that everyone knows that the Barton Boy is back. Moreover, she also hinted that he could drive a wedge between Charity and Mack.
