Jeff Hordley and Zoe Henry play the characters of Cain and Rhona in the iconic soap. They have been married since 2003. They also share two children, Violet and Stan. Though they have worked together on the soap for 25 years, they have never had a two-hander scene together.
In the soap, Rhona has been married to Marlon. She often interacts with her husband’s family and occasionally talks to Cain. However, she rarely interacts with him. Jeff Hordley has confirmed that he has just finished filming a scene where Cain has an emotional moment with Rhona. Thus, things will change in the future.
It has taken so long for this to happen. Jeff told Ok! Magazine that they did a two-hander episode together. He said that they have been in the show for a long but this was their first time to be a two-hander. The soap star didn’t reveal the scenes. He said that it is an emotional episode. Recently, the doctors informed him that the cancer has spread throughout the body. Thus, Cain Dingle would have to undergo radiotherapy.
