Caleb Gets Suspicious!
Emmerdale viewers know that Joe was suffering from a chronic kidney disease. He targeted many people in the village, including his brother Noah. He manipulated Manpreet into getting Caleb’s blood samples. When Caleb proved to be a perfect match, he decided to get his kidney illegally for a transplant. He made a full-fledged plan with Dr. Crowley, who wanted to get Caleb’s kidney, so he hired a co-conspirator to attack Caleb.
Caleb was told a lie at the hospital that he had severe complications, leading to kidney removal. Earlier, Caleb thought that Joe had saved his life by taking him to a private hospital. However, this week Caleb is realising that there is more to the story. As Caleb learned that Joe was taking medicines to recover from an injury, he started to suspect that something was wrong. So, he went to the Home Farm to confront him.
Caleb Aggressively Attacks Joe!
Caleb discovered that Joe’s pills were used for someone who had undergone a kidney transplant. The uncle understood that his nephew was tricking him. Initially, Caleb hugged him, and then he punched him continuously in the stomach where his kidney was stitched. He then shoved him into the chair and grabbed his neck.
Then he dragged him down the hallway of Home Farm, forcing him to speak the truth. Though Joe was in pain, Caleb didn’t care. Joe refused to tell the truth. But Caleb pulled up his shirt to see his scars and then removed the bandages from Joe’s blood-drenched stomach, leaving him in utter pain.
Later, Kim arrived and asked them about the matter. Joe confessed everything – from targeting his brother Noah to attacking his uncle and getting his illegal kidney transplant. Then Caleb met Cain and told the truth. He revealed that he wanted to get rid of Joe so that he wouldn’t create more trouble in the future.
