Robert and Aaron thought that Kammy was the prime suspect. But this week’s episodes confirmed that Kyle is the arsonist who has been targeting Robert Sugden and Aaron Dingle on the farm. But Kyle was warned to stop starting the fires after he found out that Joe was installing CCTV cameras on the farm. However, when new problems arise, Kyle strikes again.
Graham Catches Kyle!
Cain turns down spending time with Kyle, who thinks that they have a strained relationship after Cain’s surgery. They can’t get along as father-son. Cain is still recovering and needs to take it easy. Kyle says that he wants to skip school. Then Cain complains that Kyle has been focusing too much on fixing his car. Thus, Kyle thinks that Cain doesn’t want to spend time with him.
Later, a lighter falls from Kyle’s bag, and he thinks of starting the fire. Graham is shocked to see the smoke and finds Kyle watching the car burn. He ensures that he is safe, but soon realises that Kyle is the arsonist. Graham is in a state of shock as Kyle has been reckless. Furthermore, it also triggers his own past trauma. The soap fans might know that Graham once hit rock bottom and set fire to his hut on the grounds of Joe’s school as he planned to take his own life.
However, Kyle explains that his actions are influenced by his troubles at home. Graham lets Kyle hide in his car when Robert arrives to investigate. Then, later, Graham promises to help Kyle but tells him to tell the truth to Cain and Moira. It seems that an unlikely new friendship has formed.
