Laura Shaw Teases Huge Plots Ahead!
Recently, the soap producer Laura Shaw opened up to Inside Soap about the summer drama. Meanwhile, the soap fans saw Graham secretly scheming against Kim last month. He nearly killed her.
However, Laura said that Kim and Graham will always be one of those couples where there is a fine line between love and hate. Though they are plotting against each other, there is still love and understanding between them. She added that the fans will see them coming out of it stronger than ever.
Laura also added that at the start of the year, she wanted to cement the families in their show. The soap producer said that they needed to build other families than the Dingles. She has been trying to build the Tates and the Sugdens. Isabel is on maternity leave. However, Sarah has married Jacob, who has taken the Sugden name. For the next few months, Laura wants to remind fans that Sarah is also a Sugden. There would be new arrivals soon.
Meanwhile, the soap producer teased about a story coming up at the depot with Caleb trying to get his groove back, which leads to some problems. The soap fans who Joe stole Caleb’s kidney, so Ruby and Caleb will work together to get revenge on Joe. Elsewhere, Laura also spoke about baby Leyla’s truth. She said that the truth will tear the family apart. It’s going to be difficult. Sarah, being a Sugden, will gravitate more towards that side of her family for a while.
A Summer Stunt Will Change Everything!
Laura also added that Charity and Mack might separate. However, she also hopes that they find a way.
The soap producer said that Charity and Ross getting together has been talked about a lot, but they have never seen them as a couple.
Elsewhere, Gabby realises that Laurel is her new love rival. Gabby tries to seduce Ross but finds out that he likes Laurel. Gabby will get a little smitten with Ross.
Meanwhile, Kev is ready to return. Laura said that when he comes back for Lewis, they will build a father-son relationship between them. They will build the Barton family. Kev will leave Robert and Aaron alone. Laura also disclosed that when she rang Chris and asked him whether he was interested in coming back. He said that as long as they put a clause in their contract saying that they are doing any karaoke.
