Soon, she found herself being blackmailed by someone, threatening to expose her pictures.
With no option left, Manpreet finally confided in Ella, admitting that everything has gone out of control. Trying to Manpreet, Ella deleted her profile. But soon she received another message, with her inappropriate pictures attached. Earlier, some soap fans suspected Ella to be the blackmailer but when Manpreet received the message, she was sitting beside her, putting an end to their suspicions.
The situation got worse when Leyla had already caught a glimpse of Manpreet’s pictures after walking in on her at the surgery. Manpreet feared that Leyla might expose her secret but before she could do so, Leyla tragically passed away in the limo crash.
