Bear’s secret is out next week. Dylan tells April the truth that Bear accidentally killed Ray. But Paddy is furious to learn about his action while Bear spirals. April tells Paddy to go to the police, but he refuses, claiming that it would put them in trouble. As the murder news is all over the village, Paddy thinks that consulting a counsellor to help Bear would be risky.
Later, Bear finds April crying. She tells him that she is fearful that the police might charge her for the past crimes. So Bear opens up about his regret. But she tells him that Ray was a horrible man. However, Bear breaks down, so Paddy comes and realises that his father needs professional help.
He reassures April that he will seek counselling despite the risk. When Bear arrives at the consultation, he is full of guilt. Meanwhile, Dylan thinks that he has cursed the family, so he should leave the village, while April thinks that she should be punished for selling drugs.
Joe’s Warning!
Elsewhere, Victoria learns that the police have ruled John’s death a suicide. However, she continues to feel guilty. Meanwhile, Joe blackmails Robert to speed up; otherwise, he will plant evidence on his own to put Moira in more trouble. Victoria overhears the conversation and confronts Robert. He tells her that he did everything to protect her.
Thus, Victoria thinks to hand herself over to the police, but Joe tells her to sign the contracts immediately, otherwise he will show her the video to the police. He gives her an ultimatum of six hours to get Moira to sign over. Then she goes to the prison, telling Moira to sell the farm. She agrees but learns that Tates are the buyers.
Robert’s Hope And Cain’s Cancer Battle!
Elsewhere, Robert and Aaron don’t know what to do with John’s remains. But Tracy has a plan. She decides to take the ashes and goes to the pub with Robert. Meanwhile, when Victoria sees that the ashes are missing, she is shocked and soon finds Robert and Tracy pouring them into one of the Woolpack’s loos.
Then, later, Aaron finds Robert crying in Annie’s Field. He is regretful about his family legacy being tarnished. So Aaron shows him a piece of the original sign from the Emmerdale farm. Thus, he is hopeful to win back the farm.
