Cain And Ruby Decide To Flee!
In Friday’s episode, after everyone bid farewell to Aidan and John as they went for their honeymoon, the story took a turn. Kyle arrived outside the pub. He informed Chas, Cain, Caleb and Ruby that he had seen the divers pulling a body out of the lake. It is the same lake where the tragic limo crash happened. All of them immediately thought that it was Anthony’s body in the lake. John Sugden didn’t disclose where he had buried Anthony’s body.
Meanwhile, in the next episode, Caleb, Ruby, Cain and Chas kept finding the solution to the problem. They agreed that once forensics completes their tests on Anthony’s body, they will discover the DNA of the person who kept his murder hidden from everyone. Finally, they concluded that Caleb and Ruby would run away. However, Ruby didn’t feel right as she didn’t want to risk Caleb’s life because of her. But Caleb said he didn’t have a life if Ruby wasn’t in it.
Ruby Discloses The Secret!
After things were finally decided, Cain and Chas bid farewell to Ruby and Caleb as they were going to flee from the village for the rest of their lives. Though Caleb was satisfied with the plan, Ruby didn’t follow the plan. She decided to expose the truth.
Ruby sneaked out of the house and went to the police station. At the reception desk, Ruby confessed that she had murdered her father, Anthony Fox. She added about the abuse she had suffered for many years. Though Ruby has disclosed the truth, she is unaware of the consequences. Meanwhile, the soap fans know that the body in the lake is that of Nate Robinson. John Sugden dumped his body after killing him.
