Sarah didn’t want to go into a relationship, so she decided to have a baby through IVF. She even disclosed it to Vanesaa. However, the story took a turn when her biopsy results showed that Sarah had cervical cancer. The doctors explained they would need to remove her cervix. However, she learned that they would leave her womb and ovaries, the softened blow. However, she could still have a baby through IVF.
When Sarah met Jacob at the hospital. Initially, she tried to hide the truth, but eventually disclosed to him about her cancer. Jacob Gallagher got concerned and consoled her. Then he asked her how she learned about her condition. When she disclosed to him that she wanted to have a baby through IVF, so during her eligibility tests, she learned about the disease. Sarah thought that her ex, Jacob Gallagher, would understand her, but he didn’t.
Jacob Is Furious!
He told Sarah Sugden that she was selfish and shouldn’t do so, as this would harm a baby. He added that wanting a baby despite knowing that she has a short life expectancy is selfish.
