Soap fans saw another death in Wednesday’s episode. There was a flashforward scene revealing Caitlin Todd’s death. This aired after Mack confronted Dr Todd. When he demanded answers, she denied the accusations. Furthermore, she revealed all the truths but didn’t know that Mack was already aware.
Mack trashed her office, but security intervened. Later, he gave her a warning that he would kill her if she went near Charity. Then the flashforward episode was aired showing Todd’s dead body. However, the soap hasn’t confirmed anything yet. But there are many suspects.
One of the biggest suspects is Mack. He wasn’t just the last person to confront her but also warned her to kill her. He was volatile even in her office. Mackenzie might face scrutiny from police. Another suspect is Ross. Dr Todd knew that Ross is Leyla’s father, and she blackmailed Charity due to that. As Charity has revealed the truth, Mack and Ross’s bond has strained. He might have killed Dr Todd thinking she would never stop troubling Charity.
Four Other Major Suspects Revealed!
The other name in the list is Jacob. Dr Todd bullied him for months. After Leyla’s birth, Dr Todd shifted her attention to Charity. Though he is not a killer, he might have killed her after learning Charity’s truth. Another name is Sarah. After finding out how Dr Todd treated her grandmother and sexually abused her, she might have murdered her.
Serena Sugden is also one of the suspects. Soap fans saw Charity revealing the truth to her. She has been supporting Charity since then. There is a possibility that she might have intervened in the matter. Besides all these names, Chas has also been supporting Charity, but she is unaware of the sexual assault. Thus, Chas might have committed the crime after knowing the truth.
Charity Is The Prime Suspect In Dr Todd’s Murder Case!
The list of suspects also includes Manpreet, as she was connected to Dr Todd. As she was close to her, she could know about Todd’s movements leading to her death. Furthermore, Vanessa, who was in a relationship with Dr Todd, has been heartbroken due to the abrupt ending. Vanessa remains unaware of Charity’s trauma. Thus she might be drawn back to the story.
One of the strongest suspects is Charity Dingle. She is the one whom Dr Todd blackmailed and sexually abused. Though she reported her to the police, she didn’t get justice.
