He thought that Tracy and their daughter, Frankie, would go with him, but due to rumors of his affair, Tracy refused to go. Since then, viewers haven’t seen the character. But did he leave the village?
In February, during the tragic limo crash, Amy Wyatt saw a body floating in the icy lake. It wasn’t confirmed that it was Nate’s body but some clues like the matching bracket as that of Nate given by his daughter Frankie made viewers suspicious. Moreover, fans have been curiously predicting his murderer. On the top of their list, John Sugden is the biggest suspect.
Fans even rewatched the scenes to find more hints. In September, after there was a fire in the barn, Tracy asked John why she could smell smoke. John was covered in ash after helping with the fire, but he was thinking about something in his van. He was continuously staring into the van but stopped when Tracy came near him.
