Ethan Kai Discusses His Diet & Workout
Actor Ethan Kai recently surprised everyone with his new look. He flaunted his transformation through Instagram snaps, showing off his ripped physique in skin-tight gym wear. Fans must remember him as Kasim Sabet from 2016 to 2017. In 2016, after waking up from a coma, Kasim came to the village to find his rescuer.
He met Finn Barton, and sparks flew between them. However, Kasim soon realised Finn had a possessive streak and that Finn’s mom, Emma, was behaving oddly. Their relationship fell apart when Kasim discovered that Finn had ‘stalked’ him while he was in a coma.
Also, he has returned to the screen as Detective Mehmet Suleyman in the new BBC thriller The Turkish Detective. This eight-part series is based on Barbara Nadel’s novels. After his Dales exit, Ethan has made fitness a top priority.
When he’s not acting, he trains for Tough Mudder, takes on the Ice Bucket Challenge, and shows off his tattoos in topless selfies and figure-hugging tops. The actor even performed topless in the theatre show Equus. Recently, he shared some insights about his diet, too.
In an interview with Culture Calling, Ethan shared insights into his eating habits before going on stage. He admitted to having a sweet tooth and a love for food. However, he understands the importance of staying in good shape. He described the play as physically demanding. It often leaves him out of breath, struggling to deliver his last lines.
