However, Cain faced many side effects. Recently, the doctors told him that though his cancer was treated successfully, it might have spread. Thus he would have to undergo radiotherapy. But Cain has denied undergoing the treatment.

Later he saw Kyle setting the shed on fire. Their dog, Monty, was trapped in it, so he immediately rescued him. Cain took Monty to the vets.
