And we are proud that the former BBC soap star has addressed the false idea that confidence only comes after losing weight. Well, Clair also shared a mirror selfie, reminding her fans that the way people speak to themselves matters more than numbers on a scale.
In a single post the actress has inspired tons of people, emphasising that no one should ever spend their entire life at war with themselves. She also wants her fans to wear their favourite outfits, take a photo and head to the beach.
