General Hospital Recap for June 01, 2026 delivered a Monday that Port Charles will not recover from quickly. Nina Reeves walked into Turning Woods expecting to manage Jack Brennan and walked out with news about Carly and Valentin that genuinely rocked her. Lucas Jones made a move at the PCPD that could blow the whole Sidwell operation wide open. And on Spoon Island, Josslyn Jacks decided that playing mind games with Pascal was her best shot at survival.
Carly and Valentin’s Secret Gets Complicated Fast
Carly came home to find Valentin convinced she was avoiding him after their kiss. She shut that down immediately and made it clear she was not running from anything. Things got genuinely passionate between them before the doorbell interrupted everything. Lulu was at the door, and Valentin disappeared fast.

Lulu unraveled quickly, admitting she got Rocco a fake passport and that her fighting with Dante may have pushed him to leave. She made it clear she had no plan to take Charlotte when she ran, not wanting to uproot her daughter the way Valentin always had.
Valentin listened from the other side of the wall to every word. After Lulu left, he came out and pushed back quietly on her version of events. Carly told him plainly that Lulu had been giving Charlotte the stability he never could.
General Hospital Recap: Nina Gets the Shock of Her Life at Turning Woods
At Turning Woods, Nina arrived to see Brennan and pulled out a syringe. She injected it straight into a plant instead of him. Brennan could speak but barely move, the first paralytic dose still fading. When nurse Elliot Carr came in to check vitals, Brennan played completely locked in without missing a beat. Once alone again, Nina told Brennan that Sidwell had been supplying the drugs and that he believed Willow was the one doing the injecting.

Brennan then asked Nina to contact Carly, and when she pushed back, he dropped the news. Carly was hiding Valentin, and the two of them were far more than just housemates. Nina reeled. She suddenly realized that Carly had been standing at that hospital throwing accusations at her while knowing exactly what had happened to Brennan.
The whole thing had been a deliberate performance. Nina went straight to Carly’s door, announced she knew Valentin was inside and demanded to see him. Valentin vanished again while Carly held her ground at the threshold.
Tracy and Ric Plan the Wyndemere Ambush
At the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy and Brook Lynn sat down with Ric and laid out the full Sidwell situation. Ric advised threatening to expose Sidwell’s illegal dealings and force him to walk away from Deception.
Tracy worried about what a federal audit would do to the company’s assets. However, she came around when she realized Sidwell had to genuinely believe they were willing to go that far. Brook Lynn said she could rebuild the company if it came to that, and Ric warned them both that Sidwell was dangerous and would not walk away easily.

Tracy decided to surprise Sidwell at Wyndemere without any warning. Brook Lynn suggested bringing Lucy along since she could smooth their way onto the island. The plan came together fast. Meanwhile at Laura’s place, she and Sonny brought Lucas into the full picture, explaining the blackmail and sharing that Britt had witnessed Sidwell kill Dalton.
Lucas added his piece about Cullum killing Marco and Pascal cleaning it up. Laura told Sonny she never intended to drag Bobbie’s son into this. Sonny said the three of them working together was their best shot at bringing Sidwell down, and Lucas agreed.
General Hospital Recap: Josslyn Rattles Pascal on Spoon Island
On Spoon Island, Pascal delivered food to Josslyn at gunpoint and ranted about her destroying his comfortable life at the Five Poppies. In doing so, he accidentally confirmed she was on Spoon Island. Josslyn thanked him for the information and pointed out that she knew exactly what that island had been used for before, including Anna being held captive there and brainwashed into believing Faison was still alive.

Josslyn turned the pressure right back on Pascal, telling him Cassius would not hesitate to eliminate him and that Sidwell would discard him the moment he was no longer useful. Pascal put on a show of loyalty, but alone, he looked genuinely unsettled. Her words were clearly getting through. Lucas, meanwhile, headed to the PCPD and told Joe Fitzpatrick he had information on Marco’s murder and named Pascal directly. That single conversation had the potential to change everything.
Dante Vents, Lulu Overhears and the Fallout Begins
At the PCPD, Joe told Dante there was nothing useful found in Britt’s room. A syringe from her apartment was flagged and sent for a toxicology screen, with Dante assuming it was connected to her Huntington’s. He held off on calling the FBI, not wanting to spook Britt into panicking. Liz visited and listened as Dante vented about having to keep Joe in the dark on so many details surrounding Rocco.

Liz told Dante she believed Britt genuinely loved Rocco and would send him home if real danger arrived. She recalled that when Britt asked her to keep Rocco away, she sounded like a desperate mother trying to protect her child. Lulu arrived at exactly that moment and overheard every word. The look on her face said she was not processing it well. That conversation between Lulu and Liz is nowhere near finished.
General Hospital Recap for June 01, 2026 left Port Charles spinning in every direction. Nina now knows about Carly and Valentin, and that front door confrontation has only just begun. Pascal is starting to crack under Josslyn’s pressure. Lucas handed the PCPD a name that could unravel everything Sidwell has built. And Lulu overheard something that is going to create serious friction with Liz very soon. Keep watching and stay with Soap Opera Daily for every recap, every twist and all the fallout still headed Port Charles’s way this week.
