Lucky Spencer is BACK

The General Hospital spoilers preview kicks off with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) looking deeply concerned. We quickly move to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) in her office, where she drops a bombshell. She says, “We have a diagnosis for Lulu.” Then, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is shown, clearly shocked by the news.

In another scene, we see Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) with a bag over his head, being mistreated in a grimy prison. Moreover, a voice in the background says, “She needs a miracle.” Laura replies, “The problem is, we don’t know where Lucky is.” Things get even more intense when Laura hugs Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) in the same prison. 

His voiceover says, “We have to find him and bring him home.” The preview then cuts to a mysterious man asking, “Who are you?” It is followed by a close-up of Lucky’s face as he replies, “Just call me Lucky.” Is he really back? There’s a lot going on here for sure. We’ve got Lulu’s concerning diagnosis and the possibility of Lucky’s return. 

Plus, Nikolas is back in the mix, even though he’s still behind the bars. Additionally, with the Cassadine resources in his corner, Nikolas might be the key to helping Laura find Lucky. Lulu’s health crisis seems to bring Laura’s family back together, but it also raises more questions about Lucky’s whereabouts.

We wonder what he’s been up to during his nearly ten-year absence from Port Charles. Furthermore, this week might finally shed some light on Lucky’s situation and how it ties into the bigger picture.
