Richie Makes A Massive Decision In Home and Away
Richie will make a desperate career move, but it will backfire, pushing him to abandon Summer Bay for good. As we know the rookie cop has lost the police force, and since then, it has been an uphill battle for the former probationary constable.
Also, the conduct commission ultimately decided to terminate his employment and revoke his gun license. With this his short-lived dream career came to an end after only a matter of weeks. Later, Abogail wanted to help, so she suggested transitioning into security work. However, the applications stall because the applicant lacks a professional reference.

Elsewhere, a plea is made to Cash Newman instead and he refuses to hold back. In fact, he gives some brutal home truths, just like he didn’t think Richie was cut out to be a cop, he doesn’t believe he’s suited to security work either. Soon, Richie breaks the news to Abigail that leaving town is the only option left.
Actor Rocco Forrester-Sach explained, “This kills Richie as he sees how much it’s hurting her to do so. He needs to screw his head back on, get his priorities straight and figure out the man he wants to be.”
Tane Grows Suspicious Of Harper’s New Boyfriend
Elsewhere, Harper is unaware that her new love interest, Beau, is actually a drug dealer who is supplying Sonny with steroids. She believes that her partner is a regular physiotherapist, and enjoys the romance while Archie is away in New Zealand.
Describing the early stages, actress Jessica Redmayne revealed, “Harper has high hopes for this new love. She takes Beau at face value.” Later, Tane returns to the pier apartment early with Archie. But he walks straight into a shirtless Beau.

Since, Tane is protective of the family, he asks Cash to run a background check on the stranger. Initially, the officer finds no obvious red flags. However, the dynamic shifts once the authority figure leaves the room.
