Home and Away: Tane’s Heroic Intervention Goes Wrong
We will see Tane Parata’s prison nightmare take a deadly turn. The personal trainer has surrendered to the police to face false charges. However, now Tane will find himself fighting for his life. It happens after a brutal ambush behind bars. Also, he is attacked at the worst possible time as crucial evidence has appeared that could prove him innocent.
Initially, Tane tries his best to keep his ‘head down’. However, his protective instincts prove to be his undoing. The fitness trainer was waiting for the legal system to ‘process’ his release. However, that’s when he saw a gang of rowdy inmates cornering a friendly guard. Hence, he tried to defuse the volatile situation. Instead, he is tasered and beaten by the group.
He becomes unconscious and is rushed to the hospital. Dr Levi says that he would have to undergo an urgent surgery. Elsewhere, the Summer Bay waits in agony to see if Tane survives his injuries. On one side the new father is fighting for his life in the operation theatre. On the other hand, Cash Newman is trying to get his freedom.
And finally, the breakthrough comes. Darryl Braxton has found video footage of Kerrie Matheson planting drugs in baby Archie’s cot. With this evidence, it can surely be proved that the gym owner was framed. Elsewhere, Cash had originally urged his friend to sit tight while the release was formalised. However, he was unaware that it would turn out to be so dangerous for his friend before the paperwork was signed.
Jo Feels Guilty And There’s An Uncertain Future
With this medical crisis, a devastated Jo Langham is brought to the hospital. Over there, she is forced to confront the man she loves in a critical state. Jo is “racked with guilt” over the relationship troubles haunting the couple. It has happened ever since Tane’s brief escape to Western Australia.
Jo feels that she may never get a chance to make things right with Tane. This is probably the most emotional chapter of this year. But will Tane’s heroic act result in his freedom? Or is this the end of Tane’s chapter in Summer Bay? For more Home and Away spoilers and updates keep following Soap Opera Daily.
