Holden’s Obsession Escalates
Holden has been eyeing Lacey since the moment they met on the train to the Off the Rail festival. Soon, their bond strengthened after the crash that killed Holden’s friend Issac.
The kind-hearted woman stood by him during that traumatic moment. However, Holden wanted more than just friendship. But Lacey rejected him due to her grief over her late boyfriend, Theo.
But guess what, Holden refused to be rejected. The obsessive lover found ways to stay close to her despite Lacey’s disinterest. Holden even signed up for surf lessons at Manta Ray Boards. He used to watch her from his car and even entered the Beach House to prepare meals. Soon, Holden started to call Lacey his girlfriend. Despite things turning out of her control Lacey didnt inform her father, David, about all this. She was worried that he was dealing with stress over Tane’s drug issues.
Mali, who could sense that something was wrong, confronted him. Also, when David learnt about it, he asked Lacey to take out an AVO. However, Holden’s obsession was escalating. And because of this, Lacey used to get anxiety. She didn’t know when or where Holden might appear next. Things worsened when Holden forcefully entered her motel room. He blocked the door and tried to control her movements.
Lacey Miller Gets Arrested In Home and Away
When Holden refused to leave, Lacey tried to escape. But he pushed her onto the bed. And in a desperate moment, she swung a lamp at him to defend herself. After which Holden was unconscious. Lacey’s father David arrived shortly after. He saw Holden dead and Lacey in shock.
Later, the police and forensic officers arrived to handle the scene. And David tells her daughter that she will be arrested for killing Holden. However, he reassures her that he’s by her side throughout.
Even constables Lpmbard and Cash guided her through the process. Elsewhere, Cash even said the authorities failed to protect her. Despite the trauma, Lacey will stay in Summer Bay only.
