Home and Away: Remi Gets An Update
Remi finally learns that the tumour removed from his brain was harmless. Hence, it brings a massive relief. However, he becomes frustrated when he is unable to speak properly.
Later, Dr Swan steps in, explaining that expressive aphasia is a normal ‘after-effect’ of major surgery. Assuring him that the issue could be resolved, they are both grateful to leave the worst behind them.
Mackenzie’s Involvement Is Exposed
Cash intercepts Jo just as she is about to disappear. Next, the police officer pressures her into revealing Tane’s whereabouts. When he realises she knows too much, he takes her with him to Exmouth.
Before leaving, Jo asks Levi to thank Mackenzie. That’s when he realises that Mac was a part of Tane’s escape plan. When Levi confronted her, she had to admit everything.
Tane Reaches For Jo But Brax Steps In
In WA, Tane opens up to Brax that he regrets the runaway plan. Also, the guilt hits harder after he talks to Ricky. Hence, he decided he needed to contact Jo.
When he tries to call her, Brax snatches his phone, refusing to return it. With this the returnee has cut off Tane’s only connection to the Bay.
Mac And Levi Get Their Moment
Levi is not happy that Mac would risk their future for Tane. Their argument increases, leaving Mac to walk out. The next morning, she attends the baby scan alone.
However, just when the appointment is about to begin, Levi rushes in. They keep their difference aside as they see their healthy baby for the first time.
Dr Swan Pushes Sonny To Face Reality
Dana brings Sonny to Dr Swan for another opinion on his paralysis. But the meeting goes wrong when the doctor delivers her assessment without sugar-coating anything. Hence, Sonny feels crushed.
Later, she tells him that unless he commits fully to rehab, he won’t recover. It’s a harsh push but Sonny definitely needs it now.
Abigail Makes A Damaging Move
Abigail wants to support Lacey, so she contacts a journalist despite Mali’s warning. The next day, she’s horrified to see a Coastal news headline that twists their story. In fact, it puts Lacey in a terrible light.
Later, Abigail shows Mali the article, and Mali tells her to confess before Lacey sees it. Lacey is obviously angry, worrying that the exposure could ruin her case. Also, David is beijing optimistic that the DPP will drop the charges. However, he’s blindsided when he learns that Cash and Jo have vanished.
Ricky Is Startled By Cash In Home and Away
When Tane and Brax work on the cattle ranch, Cash approaches Ricky. He shows her Tane’s photo and any information about him. However, Ricky pretends that she doesn’t recognise him
Later, she panicked that the truth might soon be out. Finally, Cash gets a lead when he spots Brax’s distinctive tattoo. He and Jo follow him home and watch from the driveway. Inside, Ricky warns Brax that Cash is close. That’s when Brax tells Tane to run. Just when they try to leave for the airport, Cash and Jo block the path.
Home and Away: Tane Gives In
Cash punches Tane as a greeting while Jo is furious at being left behind. When Brax tries to calm the situation, Cash threatens that he will involve local authorities if they don’t cooperate.
That’s when Tane agrees to return home. However, it will only be if Cash keeps Brax’s location off the police records.
Eden Gets Into Trouble
David hears Eden talking to Cash and suspects she knows more than she’s admitting. When Eden denies, David tries to trace Cash’s phone.
After that fails, he arrests her for assisting a fugitive. At the station, she stuck to her denial, forcing him to release her.
Lacey Gets Devastating News In Home and Away
Lacey learns that Jo has run off with Cash. Things get worse when David tells her that the DPP is planning to prosecute her for Holden’s death.
Also, he wants her in for questioning the next day. After which, Lacey fears the worst.
Brax Asks Cash For A Lifeline
Before Tane leaves, Brax tells Cash that he was convicted for something he didn’t do. Also, he has been hiding ever since.
That’s when he asks Cash to check what his legal situation actually is. Cash promises to look into it and update him when he finds out.
Lacey Finally Hears A Verdict
Leah supports a terrified Lacey at the DPP meeting. Later, when David sees how his daughter has been treated, he threatens to resign if they prosecute her.
Finally, the DPP decides not to proceed. Hence, Lacey is told that she’s free to go.
Cash And Tane Return To Summer Bay
Back in the Bay, Cash gives Tane and Jo a final moment together. Before he escorts Tane to the station Jo and Tane declare their love.
