David wants to return home and return to work as soon as possible. However, Amelia refuses to discharge him. She wants herself to be satisfied with his recovery.
Elsewhere, Lacey is worried that her father will push himself too hard if he returns too soon. But Jo believes that getting back to everyday life will help him recover.
Cash Suggests Another Option
Cash decides that he doesn’t want to lose Eden over their disagreement about children. Hence, he looks for another solution and asks whether she would consider fostering instead.
Elsewhere, Eden likes the idea, and this gives the couple fresh hope for their future together.
Richie’s Career Comes To An End
Cash informs Richie that the Conduct Commission has decided to dismiss him from the police force. And since he was struggling to accept the news, he tells Abigail he may leave Summer Bay altogether.
Later, he also apologises for how he ended their relationship. But Abigail is left hurt all over again.
David And Amelia Grow Closer
Amelia finally agrees to let David return home as long as Jo and Lacey keep an eye on him. Elsewhere, David is grateful for everything that she has done and thanks her.
Later, she gives him her phone number in case he needs help. Also, soon David reaches out to Amelia and hints that the pair may be growing ‘closer’.
Mali Steps In During An Emergency
Mali hears a woman calling for help after she gets into trouble in the water. And since there were no ‘lifeguards’ nearby, he rushed in and rescued her himself.
Later, he questions John why there wasn’t anyone on duty and is shocked to learn that the Surf Club cannot afford more lifeguards.
Home and Away: Beau Keeps Sonny Worried
Dana suggests a double date with Harper, Beau and Sonny. However, Sonny quickly tries to avoid it because Beau is secretly supplying him with steroids.
Later, Dana spends time with Beau anyway and asks questions about his friendship with Sonny. But Beau manages to keep his secret hidden.
Remi Starts Putting The Pieces Together
Beau pressures Sonny by threatening to stop supplying him with steroids. And this confrontation angers Sonny, which he takes out on Remi during an argument.
Soon, Remi realises that Sonny’s recent behaviour doesn’t add up, and he directly asks whether he has been taking drugs. And even though he denies, Remi isn’t convinced.
Later, when Sonny is out, he searches his belongings and finds a bottle of pills. He then takes them away in the hope of helping. However, Sonny reacts angrily after discovering what Remi has done.
Home and Away: David Can’t Move On
Justin finally meets David after he blames himself for the shooting. However, David reassures him that none of it was his fault and the friends look ahead together.
But later that night David suffers another nightmare and it shows that he is still deeply affected by the incident.
Harper Starts To Trust Beau In Home and Away
Harper and Beau return him and find a broken glass inside. And Remi covers for the damage by blaming a bird, but Beau doesn’t seem convinced.
Later, Harper notices that Beau is acting strangely as he keeps checking his phone. However, he claims that he is only dealing with work matters.
Dana Believes Sonny
Remi tells Dana that Sonny has been using steroids and even shows her the pills he found. She is shocked and confronts Sonny.
However, he admits to buying the steroids but lies that he never took them. And Dana believes Sonny instead of Remi, leaving Remi frustrated.
Remi is disappointed that Dana doesn’t believe him. Meanwhile, Sonny returns to Beau for more steroids. Beau agrees to help but Sonny still owes him money, creating another serious problem.
David Continues To Struggle
David insists that he is coping, but Jo and Lacey can see he is still affected by everything that happened.
