Eden Discovers Remi’s Darkest Thoughts
Remi is still battling aphasia after surgery. He even tells Eden that journaling isn’t helping anymore. Later, Eden picks up the journal out of concern. And she’s shaken to see how hopeless and self-hating Remi feels. However, before she can return it, Remi catches her looking.
Remi gets angry about the invasion of privacy and throws the journal at Eden. However, she didn’t back off and took inspiration from his words and wrote a song. Later, Cash sees how deeply Eden cares for Remi.
Jo Fails Tane When He Needs Her Most
Cash learns that Tane won’t be released yet because police are still deciding whether to charge him for breaching bail. He then asks Jo to join him in telling Tane the news.
However, she refuses saying it’s better if Cash goes alone. Later, when David returns, he finds Jo sobbing. She is overwhelmed with guilt for abandoning Tane.
Brax Shares About His Feelings
While fishing with Alf, Brax admits that he’s torn about whether to keep his family in the Bay or return to WA. Even though Alf is confident that he’ll choose wisely, Casey wants answers. Next, he finally tells his son the truth about Uncle Casey’s death.
And this conversation brings them closer but Ricky still has doubts. Later, he thinks about it overnight, realising where his family belongs. Then he brings Ricky and Casey to the Surf Club to share the news. They’re heading back to WA and Alf, Marilyn, Leah and Justin send them off.
Tane Gets Attacked In Home and Away
Tane fears that he won’t get out in time for Archie’s first birthday. So, he warns Cash about the threats around him. Back inside, Knox’s crew corners Peterson. That’s when Tane steps in but an inmate tasers him, and he collapses. As Cash heads to the prison, David receives a call. He is informed that Tane has been rushed to the hospital.
Tests show a serious rupture that may need surgery. Later, Jo helps Levi with the emergency care. And when Cash gives this news to Mac, she lashes out at David for delaying Tane’s release.
Mac Holds David Responsible For Tane’s Condition
Harper receives a message from Kerrie, so she rushes to the station. And David starts to track the number and location. Elsewhere, Mac arrives at the hospital but Levi blocks her from seeing Tane.
