Cash Catches Richie Breaking The Rules
David returns Cash to full duties and reveals that he will be working closely with Richie. But before long, David catches Richie searching police records to find out why he had previously been restricted from work.
Elsewhere, Cash gets furious and reminds the newcomer officer that accessing a colleague’s file is a serious breach of protocol.
A Clue Emerges In Abigail’s Case
Alf decides not to make an official complaint against David. Elsewhere, Justin attends a breakdown involving a vehicle that matches the description of the one linked to Abigail’s hit-and-run.
Later, Justin speaks with the owner, Carmen. After which, he quietly contacts David with the information.
Police Make An Arrest In Home and Away
David brings Carmen in for questioning. And she admits she was on the same road where Abigail was injured. However, she insists she thought she hit another vehicle rather than a person.
After her statement, charges are laid. Also, Cash later learns that Richie accused him and David of protecting Alf. However, he chooses not to report Richie’s earlier misconduct.
Richie Makes Another Mistake In Home and Away
David is stunned to find Richie drinking while still in uniform. He warns the rookie officer that another mistake could cost him his job.
Later, David tells Alf that Carmen has been charged. Hence, Alf’s name is finally cleared. Although Alf is relieved, he struggles to share the news with Roo. As we know she had doubted him. Leah eventually breaks the news instead, leaving Roo hurt.
Abigail And Eden Join Forces
Abigail wants to organise a baby shower for Mac and puts together a scrapbook full of ideas. Elsewhere, Mac is grateful but she feels the plans are a little too much for her taste and asks Eden for help arranging something smaller.
Despite a rocky start, Abigail and Eden work together to create a celebration Mac will enjoy.
Sonny Is Caught Out In Home and Away
Soony tells Dana that he’s spending time with Remi. However, he instead heads to the gym.
Soon, his lie is exposed when Dana and Remi find him training. Even though Dana forgives him, Remi is worried and decides to keep an eye on his friend.
Harper And Tane Find Common Ground
Harper worries that Tane is still too weak to care for Archie on his own and asks Dana to help with childcare.
However, when she raises her concerns, Tane reacts calmly. The former couple then agree that Tane can spend time with Archie as long as another adult is present to assist.
Home and Away: Alf And Roo Make Peace
Roo wants to repair her relationship with Alf. However, he is still upset that she suspected him. Later, she explained that everything she did came from concern for him.
Eventually, Alf softens and the pair reconcile. They even promise to support one another moving forward.
Mac And Levi Receive Devastating News
Excitement is building as Mac’s baby shower approaches. At the hospital, Mac and Levi attend a scan hoping to learn the baby’s sex. However, soon their happiness is cut short when the sonographer cannot find a heartbeat. They then confirm that Mac has lost the baby.
After that Mac is left devastated by the news and blames herself for what happened. Later, Mac considers her medical options. Meanwhile, Tane returns to Summer Bay and tells everyone what has happened. Later, Eden wants to visit the hospital but Cash advises her to give Mac and Levi some space.
Richie Finally Impresses David
A series of car thefts gives Richie the chance to prove himself. And David puts him on the case and is impressed by the way he handles the investigation.
