Home and Away spoilers: Mac’s Worst Fears Come True
Dean hasn’t forgotten that Levi once wore a wedding ring while dating his sister, per Home and Away spoilers. Sadly, Mac’s intuitions come true when Dean makes his hatred apparent and gives Levi a side eye after he offers a cheery handshake. In the meantime, Ziggy is over the moon to see Mac, and her partner, like the past, doesn’t bother so much.
But things again get awkward when Dean’s mum, Karen, starts throwing shade at Levi. She begins with, “Oh, you’re the married guy Mac’s having a fling with!”Moreover, she wants to know everything about his past relationship, especially the part where he cheated. Even a stuffed koala toy for baby Izzy isn’t enough to get along with the mother-son duo.
Nevertheless, Levi doesn’t lose his calm and tries to prove he’s more than just Mac’s rebound. “Why’d you sleep with my sister while you were still married?” Dean asks. Levi just starts explaining himself, when Karen interrupts him sayin, “How long did you lie to your missus for?”
Subsequently, Mac storms off because she’s shocked to see how her family is treating Levi. Meanwhile, Ziggy wanted to shared the big news of her 12-weeks pregnancy with the couple but Dean ruins it all. Finally, Karen begins to rethink what she just said and defends our favorite doctor.

“If he was willing to walk away from his marriage for Mac, maybe he’s serious about her happiness,” she says. Eventually, the family invites Mac and Levi back for a scenic road trip, but Dean’s heart is still rock-solid. He and Levi get into another showdown, and the latter finally decides he’s done.
However, the ladies still push their partners to talk it out. As they go on a little walk to sort things out, two escaped prisoners approach Mac and Ziggy. Soon, the criminals hijack them at knifepoint and force them into a car. Dean and Levi arrive just in time to see the women speeding off, screaming for help.
