Dylan Courts Lacey With A Classic Car While Richie Returns To Duty
The show is preparing for a highly dramatic second half of 2026 with new characters, shocking injuries and massive cliffhangers. Also, the show will feature major relationship developments with dangerous situations in the bush before it heads toward the big end-of-year finale.
Well, there’s also romance blooming between Lacey and newcomer Dylan. He will arrive in town and try hard to impress Lacey by hiring a classic car for her. Lacey asks “What is happening?” when Dylan brings the vehicle. That’s when Dylan explains, “I know you love hot cars. So I hired one for ya!” to surprise her.
Well, even Lacey is thrilled and says, “This is amazing, thank you!” to Jo but Jo refuses to join the date and insists,” No, no, I am not coming, this is all for you and tells Lacey to get in the car, pushing her toward the romance.
Meanwhile, even Richie returns to the bay after he signs a three-year contract to train as a volunteer lifeguard. Later, he spots John and profusely exclaimed, “Guess who’s back on duty!” while wearing his new uniform. Richie also tries to reconcile with Abigail and gives her a bouquet on the beach.
The Boys Face Danger In The Bush During A Special Episode In Home and Away
A major mid-season cliffhanger is scheduled to air right before the network takes a break for the Commonwealth Games. The episode is scheduled for Thursday, 23rd July and is titled “The boys go bush” in the official TV listings.
Elsewhere, a dramatic promo video shows a character slipping off a ledge and flying through the air. And Mali is seen desperately searching for a mobile phone signal. Also, the promotional clip warns viewers by stating, “No signal, no help, no way out. No one knows where they are.”
Well, this dangerous fall might explain how Levi sustains a major hand injury that requires a brace and bandages. Levi is also later seen recovering on the beach alongside Mackenzie and his returning mother Deb Fowler.
Elsewhere, in the bay, a mysterious new character, played by Angus McColl, gives Marilyn a brown envelope before being led away by a police officer.
