Home and Away fans are dying to have Sophie Dillman back in the Bay, but they are not alone! The Aussie soap star Tristan Gorey, aka Levi Fowler, desperately wants to work with his co-star again. Sophie’s character, Ziggy Astoni, left the town in 2023 with her partner, Dean Thompson (Patrick O’Connor). They did return recently, but was it enough? It never is. So, what’s next for Dillman?
Home and Away: Tristan Wants to Work with Sophie Again
Home and Away spoilers recall that Ziggy and Dean left for North Queensland to start fresh with their daughter, Izzy. But that’s not the only reason they exited Summer Bay– Dean wanted to be there for his son Jai. Much to everyone’s delight, H&A surprised their fans by getting Ziggy and Dean back earlier this month.
Their return arc was too much for us to handle. It started with Mackenzie Booth (Emily Weir) and Levi Fowler (Tristan Gorey) paying Dean and Ziggy a visit. Moreover, it was like old times again but things went wild before they could even properly catch up. Two convicts who are at large took away the ladies.
The story left us on the edge for real! While all the action took place on screen, the show stars got really close with each other. In a recent Instagram video, Gorey admitted that he would love to permanently see Ziggy back in the Bay. “Soph was a lot of fun to get along with. I wanna hang out more with Soph,” he said.
Will Dean and Ziggy Return?
Furthermore, he also praised Patrick O’Connor, calling him “really funny” and a “joy to be around.” Likewise, fans have all good things to say about this appreciation. But their main agenda stayed the same: Requesting for Ziggy and Dean to return. One fan wrote, “My god.
It was a joy watching you all together. They should come back to the Bay!” Another asked, “Dean and Levi are the duo I didn’t know I needed. Do you think we’ll see their bromance grow?” Additionally, the third fan wants a new storyline for all four characters. Oh, we’d love to see them going on double dates, right?
For now, there’s no official word on the couple’s return and we’re just crossing our fingers for a reunion. Meanwhile, Ziggy and Dean’s return will premiere on the UK screen in May.
