He shared that his sisters, Kate and Pippa Middleton, are helping him. He added that they aren’t just his sisters but friends. They have always supported him whenever he needed them.
Kate’s brother James added that the Princess of Wales attended the family therapy sessions with her. He took one year of cognitive behavioural therapy sessions. Kate and James share an exceptional brother sister bond. He called her his sister’s rock. The brother and sister always talk to each other, irrespective of day and night. James knows that the Princess of Wales will leave everything to help him anytime.
James Opens Up About His Problems!
He spoke to The Mirror and said that his sisters have always been emotionally available, and being surrounded by such kind of people helped him. So, having strong women around him helped him to be vulnerable and overcome his problems. James learned that vulnerability is his strength, not a weakness.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry’s wife, Kate Middleton, was sad and heartbroken to learn about her brother’s mental health problems. However, she stood firm to help him in every possible way.
