The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, and Prince Harry could be returning to the UK with their two children later this year. According to sources, the estranged royal couple have reportedly been invited to spend Christmas at the childhood home of his late mother, Princess Diana. Will The Duke And Duchess Comeback To Britain For Christmas?
Prince Harry, along with his wife Meghan, are reportedly considering a festive return to the UK with their children, Archie and Lilibet. The couple might be visiting the Duke’s home country over the Christmas holidays after they reportedly received an invite to spend the festive period with Harry’s uncle Charles Spencer at Althorp. If the duo decides to actually visit Britain with their kids, this would mark the Meghan’s first visit to the country since Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral two years ago.
Furthermore, a little birdie tells us that Harry and Meghan haven’t yet received an invite to join the Royal Family in Sandringham yet. But, as per a source, it is unlikely they would accept the invitation anyway. The source told the Express, “Charles [Spencer] has invited Harry, Meghan, and the children to Althorp this Christmas. It’s far too early to say whether they will take him up on it, but the offer is there if they want it.”
This comes after royal author and Meghan’s mouthpiece, Omid Scobie, previously claimed that she ‘never felt at home in the UK’ and ‘never wants to set foot again in England.’ Ever since stepping down from royal duties in 2020, Prince Harry has maintained close ties with his maternal family, the Spencers.

His bond with them was evident when he attended his uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes’ funeral last month.
