The Sun’s Royal Exclusive podcast reports that the tension is real between Prince Harry and his wife. Royal editor Matt Wilkinson teamed up with News.com.au’s Bronte Coy and seasoned royal biographer Hugo Vickers for a juicy roundtable.

They talked about Meghan and Harry’s relationship and things got messy. Vickers, who raised more than a few royal eyebrows by criticizing Meghan’s new projects. These include her podcast Confessions of a Female Founder and Netflix series With Love, Meghan.

“There are other people who are much better at telling you these things,” Vickers said. Furthermore, he was clearly unimpressed with Meghan’s media tactics. He added, ‘It’s hard to see where it’s going,” leaving us all wondering if her post-royal brand is in jeopardy.

However, the real gossip came when the chat turned to Harry himself. Vickers shocked everyone, claiming, ‘”I hate to say it, but my feeling is that Prince Harry is terrified of her.” Yep, terrified. He also suggested that the Duke might have been “made to do many things.” It implies that the royal is caught between love and loyalty.

Moreover, Bronte Coy backed him up and asked the big question. “If that relationship did fall apart for any reason, where does that leave him?” She thinks Harry is scared of the consequences. Whatever the case, dthere may still be a silver lining. Vickers revealed that King Charles hasn’t shut the palace doors on them just yet. He has “left the door wide open” for a father-son reunion. Still, a demand for an official apology from the Invictus Games founder is still to be made.
