Matt Evans Beautiful Holiday Trip To Remember
Matt posted a collection of photos showing his recent break in Queenstown. However, he wasn’t alone on this trip as “Bay’s favourite” Sophea, who plays Lacey Miller, too, joined him. The couple explored local vineyards for wine tastings. Later, in one of the pictures, they were ‘relaxing’ in a hot tub with mountain views.
Another picture shows the couple smiling during lunch on a green lawn. Elsewhere, Matt and Sophea also proved that they love taking challenges. The duo took on the famous Nevis Canyon Swing. In the video they can be seen screaming as they drop hundreds of meters into the valley. Later, they also did racing on the Skyline Loop.
Matt captioned the post as, “From Queenstown.” The actor also added, “Best trip with my best friend.” Meanwhile, several cast members also reacted to the post. Maddison Brown, who plays Jo Langham, former cast member Georgie Parker reacted with heart emojis. Elsewhere, several fans also commented, with one saying, “I love that you two are together.” Another commented, “So happy you’re that on-screen couple that’s just meant to be.” A third user joked, saying, “So if Lacey goes missing we know she is with Matt! Matt’s Final Stint In Home and Away
Matt played Theo Poulos on the show. However, his character saw a tragic end last year. Theo was killed off in a shocking heroic exit. We know that Theo’s exit involved his girlfriend Lacey, and a corrupt official.
After Cash and Eden’s wedding, Lacey decided to confront Counsellor Craig Wendell. However, during that time, Wendell drove his car at Lacey at full speed. But but but a heroic act of Theo saved Lavey. Theo shoved her out of the way and was struck by the vehicle himself. Later, the hero died from his injuries.
After becoming a fan favourite, the actor left the show to ‘explore’ new opportunities. Meanwhile, Sophea and Matt had confirmed that they are dating in real life, too.
