In addition, the exhibition will also focus on the singer’s U.K. tour. According to V&A’s website, Taylor Swift’s section is organized to celebrate the singer’s creativity behind her costumes, music videos, and lyrics.
This exhibition will also explore more about the pop icon and her view on things. There’s no denying that the singer’s creativity has gotten increasingly into the limelight after it became challenging for people to debunk Swift’s lyrics and music videos. Thus, the exhibition holds a special place for the singer and her fans.
That’s why V&A added 13 stops to the trial to make it more personalized, as 13 is Swift’s lucky number. The museum, located in the South Kensington neighborhood of London, has also teased that it will feature Taylor Swift’s customized cowboy boots, which she wore at the beginning of her career in 2007. She wore the blue shoes during Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s Soul2Soul Tour.
While this will definitely bring back the nostalgic vibes, get ready to see Taylor Swift’s 2024 “Fortnight” music video dress on display. The costume will be displayed beside music awards, instruments, storyboards, and the previously unseen journey of her recording legacy. The official page of V&A museum also teased that “Dive into the artist’s personal world” and the ground-breaking impact of her creativity on Swiftie and the world stage.
While this will be a temporary display in the V&A museum, Kate Bailey, the museum’s Senior Curator of Theatre and Performance, said they are delighted to display Swift’s iconic looks at the summer exhibition. Kate added that each celebrated a different chapter of the artist’s life and musical journey.

Kate Bailey continued that they hoped this exhibition would inspire curious visitors to explore Swift’s creativity and life deeply.
