It looks like the twists on Emmerdale are showing no signs of slowing down. The recent episodes showed a thrilling turn of events when Tina Dingle confessed that she is Vinny’s biological mother. A secret that she and Mandy had been sitting on for several years. Even though Vinny was aware of the fact that Mandy was not his bio mom, he had no idea about his real relations to Tina.
Emmerdale Spoilers reveal that during a recent conversation between Tina and Vinny, she mentioned “other kids”. Although we saw no sign of them, we wonder if she’s telling the truth or just spinning another false tale. She did sit on a huge secret, Vinny’s paternity, for the longest time. And even when she did ‘fess up, it wasn’t in the most ideal way. Thus, she isn’t really the most trustworthy character in Dales.
However, we cannot ignore the fact that there were some people in her caravan when she was talking to Vinny. Could those people be the kids she mentioned? If that’s the case, then why had she been hiding them for all this while? That being said, Emmerdale really could use some younger characters on the soap. In recent years, the ITV drama has showcased real trouble in handling teen stories, or that of young adults.
Thus, bringing in some fresh blood could actually freshen up the whole village, and of course, add a new layer of drama on the soap. Not that there is a death of it, but hey, the more the better, that’s what we love about soaps, right? Besides, it would be quite interesting to see how the Dingle family dynamics change with the inclusion of some new young guns, and how Vinny reacts to having half-siblings.
