However, Firerose argued in defense that she’d had access to many of his cards since she moved in with him in 2022. Billy Ray permitted her to use those cards, and she never had to abide by any of the limits. But Billy Ray Cyrus denied such claims and requested an emergency restraining order to prevent Firerose from accessing his cards and other stuff.
Billy Ray’s ex-wife wasn’t on board with him. She argued that she could use their martial money as she was still his legally wed wife. She needed that money to support her established lifestyle. According to Miley Cyrus‘ dad, his ex-wife’s around $100,000 purchase was due to “inappropriate marital conduct.” As of now, Billy Ray Cyrus has received $45,000 from the law firm representing Firefore, as the firm mistakenly charged her, believing the money was hers.
