Billy Ray Cyrus is done with his ex-wife, Firerose, whose birth name is Johanna Rose Hodges. After filing for divorce on May 23, the Achy Breaky Heart singer has now ordered a “temporary restraining order” against Firerose. Well, that’s something that nobody expected, that too, within seven months of their marriage.
However, in a recent claim, Billy Ray mentioned that Firerose had accessed his credit cards and other business cards, which he never permitted her to use. Not only this, but Firerose had also spent a hefty $96,986 on 37 unauthorized charges on Billy Ray’s business account in just the last weeks.
In addition, she had also paid $70,665 to her attorneys. Billy Ray Cyrus wrote in his affidavit that he was concerned that Ms. Hodges would have additional information about his account. Billy claimed that Firerose could use that information to damage his business and personal credit cards and accounts. He even charged Firerose with fraudulent charges.
While Billy Ray Cyrus remained baffled as to how she got access to his cards, Firerose’s side of the story is totally different. After such claims, Firerose attorneys rebuked that the claims were untrue.
She was just living her life as per their marital condition. The duo were bound to live as per the status quo during their marriage, so Firerose was just living as she had since their wedding. Firerose’s attorney also stated that Billy Ray Cyrus had no right to cut her off like this. While their divorce proceeding is underway, Billy Ray Cyrus isn’t happy living with his ex-wife, Firerose.
In the court documents, the Hannah Montana alum stated that if he had known about his wife’s fraudulent behavior, he would have never consented to marry her. In fact, he would have never signed the bonds of matrimony with Firerose. While things seemed quite troublesome for Billy Ray Cyrus, the country singer also accused his wife of cheating.
He had enough when he found his ex-wife having an extramarital affair. A source confirmed that it was high time for him to call it off. The source also added that the couple’s relationship wasn’t a bed of roses; they had a terrible and toxic life. Sometimes, their fight got intense, creating chaos among them.
Well, Firerose is the reason behind Billy Ray Cyrus’s estranged relationship with Miley Cyrus.
