It recently came to light that actor Ciarán Griffiths who portrays Damon Hay on Coronation Street is gearing up for a smashing return stint! Now, the latest Corrie spoilers reveal that the ITV drama will start laying the groundwork in the episodes slated to air next week, for the character’s return.
Adam Barlow will be the first to mention Damon Hay after he makes an unexpected discovery. Currently, Adam’s estranged wife Sarah is in Turkey tending to her daughter at the hospital. Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Sarah calls Adam up in the upcoming episodes. She is desperately trying to come up with funds to pay for Bethany’s bills at the hospital.
In the upcoming episodes, Sarah is expecting a message from a loan company, however, she is unable to access her voice messages in Turkey. Thus, she gets in contact with Adam and requests him to check it for her. When he tries to get into Sarah’s voicemail for her, he is startled to come across a message left by her ex-lover- Damon Hay!

We know that Damon has been in prison serving a six-year sentence for his involvement in an armed robbery that his brother, Harvey Gaskell, masterminded. Thus, he may have left messages to Sarah from prison. But now that Adam has intercepted the voice messages, will he tell Sarah about the? Or will he become jealous and keep the information a secret?
