Emmerdale Spoilers confirm that it did take Belle Dingle a while, but she ultimately did manage to expose Tom King’s true colors to the entire village. Now, everyone knows who he really is, and even his own family has turned their back to him, Even his uncle Jimmy. In recent episodes. Tom had managed to manipulate his young cousin Angelica King to take his side.
However, in the December 13, 2024, episode that is available on ITVX, Angelica King finally saw Tom King’s true face. The teenager was devastated to realize that her wicked cousin had cruelly used her. Until this episode, she was his last remaining ally in the village. Unfortunately for him, even she has switched sides now. Earlier this week, Angelica followed Tom’s solicitor Ollie and released a damning video online condemning her relative for his crimes.
Emmerdale spoilers reveal that Ollie then took the opportunity to demand that the trial be canceled. He wagered that there were grounds for jury bias following Angelica’s video, which had gone viral. Later, Ollie told Tom that he needed to cut all ties with his cousin Angelica King to avoid the video getting traced back to him. Tom being the selfish abuser that he is, he was happy to oblige.
Angelica Is Stunned
Tom King called up his cousin from prison and feigned hurt and betrayal over her actions. “You vindictive little clown. Why would you lie like that? Spouting that filth, stuff that you know I didn’t do,” he lashed out at Angelica. The abuser did not stop there. He verbally attacked her, and accused her of being on Belle’s side. He even called her crazy. “I thought I knew you, Angelica, but it turns out you’re just as crazy as she is. Don’t ever, ever contact me again.”
Angelica felt deeply hurt by Tom’s words. She turned to her dad and admitted that Tom was a monster and that everything they had been saying about him was true. However, the filthy stunt turned out to be of no good to Tom. Soon after, his application to cancel the trial was rejected. Will Tom give up after this debacle? Or does he have some tricks up his sleeves?
