Robert Sugden returned to Aaron and John’s wedding. He stopped Aaron, telling him that he was making a mistake. They even shared a kiss, but Aaron ended up marrying John Sugden. Meanwhile, the police arrested Robert again for breaking the law. Earlier he was imprisoned for killing his sister, Victoria’s rapist. Lee Posner assaulted Victoria Sugden.
Meanwhile, Aaron Dingle, who married John Sugden, is unaware of John’s true personality. He doesn’t know that he has a hero complex, which led him to kill Nate Robinson. When Cain and Nate fought, John gave Nate a medication which led to a side effect and eventually killed him. Then he disposed of his body in the frozen lake. His hero complex has put many villagers in trouble, including Moira Dingle, Liam Cavanagh and Chas Dingle.
Fans Suspect That John’s Fate Is Sealed!
In the upcoming episodes, Robert Sugden returns to the village. He tries to win back Aaron Dingle. Meanwhile, John Sugden persuades Caleb to fire Robert from the job. When Robert goes to Aaron, he rejects him, so he starts dating other men. But the story takes a turn when his date puts drugs in his drink. Later, John sees him and puts him into his van. He also has a syringe with him. Later, when Robert gains consciousness, he doesn’t remember the ordeal.
Elsewhere, soap fans have speculated on the potential outcomes of the plot. They believe that if John does anything to Robert like what happened to Nate, the police could catch him. One of the viewers suspected that John would inject Robert with the same drug he had injected into Nate.
When Robert goes to the police, the drug in his blood test will match that of Nate’s. One of the soap enthusiasts also commented that the police will find out that a doctor injected Nate.
