Emmerdale character, Ruby Miligan, got anxious thinking that the body in the lake was that of her father, Anthony. Though the family made a plan to flee, she didn’t follow it. In Friday’s episode, Kyle informed Chas, Cain, Caleb and Ruby that the divers had found a body in the lake. They believed that the body was that of Anthony Fox, thinking that John Sugden might have dumped his body in the lake. Meanwhile, the viewers know that the body is that of Nate Robinson. When Cain hit him badly, he accidentally gave him a medication which led to some side effects, eventually leading to his death. Then he dumped his body in the lake.
In the recent episode, Cain, Caleb, Ruby and Chas got anxious that it was Anthony’s body in the lake. Ruby panicked and said that it was Anthony’s body, and they would be caught. Meanwhile, when they learned that the body had been there in the lake for months, it made them more dubious that it was Anthony’s. Ruby said she was going to confess everything before the police learns the truth.
Ruby Admits The Murder!
Meanwhile, Caleb suggested that they both should run away from the village so that they can escape the murder blame. Caleb assured Ruby that they were together in this. He said that he would keep on saving his wife till he was alive. He urged her to follow the plan. Ruby agreed to flee. Meanwhile, Cain made arrangements for the couple in Ireland.
However, Ruby sneaked out of the house, leaving a note for the family members. She went to the police station as she decided to confess everything about Anthony’s murder. She disclosed the abuse and the murder to the police authorities. Meanwhile, soap fans wonder – How will Ruby feel when she learns the truth that the body in the lake is of Nate Robinson?
