Prince William has taken on the role of an impromptu fashion critic for Kate Middleton. He made a comment on her wardrobe and fashion choices, which is rather funny. While Kate is widely regarded as a fashion icon, it looks like her husband has his opinion on some of her pieces.
Reflecting on this, one of William’s advisers says that early on when Kate had just become a senior royal, she didn’t realise the importance of dressing carefully. On one occasion, when she did not dress quite as expected, Prince William had a witty remark for his wife.
One of these times, William considered one of Kate’s outfits inappropriate and made a comment. He quipped that Kate looked like she had just run through a charity shop covered in superglue. Thankfully, everyone took it in good humour, including Kate.
In fact, Kate and William share a very playful relationship and it looks like it’s not just William who has fun at Kate’s expense. The Princess of Wales also often teases her husband. One thing she often teases him about is how Prince William has started resembling his great-great-great-great-grandfather, Edward VII.
Over the years, both Kate and William have shown how they have a very playful relationship and they are quite humorous around each other. Back in the time when Kate and William announced their engagement, journalists had asked if Kate had posters of William on her wall, to which, she replied, he wishes. She joked that she had one of those Levi’s guy, not a picture of William.
